Refund policy
Returns on Full-Priced Items:
Timeframe: If you change your mind and want to return your product, you have 30 calendar days to return the item from the date you received it. If 7 days have passed since your purchase date, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility: To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. All tags must remain attached to the item. Items not in the original condition will not be accepted.
Return Shipping & Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Liability: Please ensure items are returned in their original condition and packaging. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot accept liability for items lost in transit.
Refund on Full-Priced Items
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. After this, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Seasonal Sale Items / Discount & Promotional Codes
Only full-priced items are eligible to the original payment method.
Items purchased on sale are only eligible for store credit for change-of-mind returns. Please note that any items purchased using any discount code are also considered sale items and will be eligible for store credit only.
Store Credit
Store credit is valid for 90 days from date of issue. Please note that any items purchased using store credit is considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our team. Once the return is received and assessed, we will issue you with a store credit so you can repurchase the correct size or style under a new order Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange or refund. Please choose carefully as all Final Sale purchases are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Shipping return, refund or exchange items
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, including for product exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
